v8.5 Web App Release

As part of our ongoing product development, we will release v8.5 of the Notify Cloud Web App on the evening of Wednesday 21st October 2026. This release includes general system improvements and fixes, and an early release of a new CSV Template Builder, which will be rolled-out following an initial beta period.

The system will be unavailable for up to 2 hours from 7pm on Wednesday 21st October 2026.

Please ensure any work in progress on Notify Cloud is saved prior to this time. If you use our mobile applications to report Safety, Environmental or Quality events, or to carry out Audits and Inspections, and have logged in before the maintenance window starts, you will still be able to do so while Notify is offline. Your incidents will still be submitted, and any audits will be uploaded as soon as we are back online.
